By downloading, installing, or using The Cards of Tarot mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
The Cards of Tarot is a mobile application designed to help users learn and practice tarot reading through:
You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. Users under 18 should obtain parental consent before using the App.
The App operates with minimal data collection as detailed in our Privacy Policy. We use an anonymous Firebase identifier to manage app functionality. All readings and session data are stored locally on your device.
Certain features of the App, including guided tarot sessions (Celtic Cross and Past-Present-Future readings), require an active subscription.
Subscription pricing is displayed in the App and may vary by region. All payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the payment terms of your platform provider.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods.
We may offer free trial periods for new subscribers. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, you will be automatically charged for a subscription.

All content in the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, tarot card interpretations, and software, is the property of RBN SPC LTD or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.
The App uses artificial intelligence to provide personalized tarot interpretations. AI-generated content is provided for educational and entertainment purposes. While we strive for accuracy and quality, AI interpretations may vary and should not be considered definitive or professional advice.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RBN SPC LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:
In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the subscription in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RBN SPC LTD, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the App or your violation of these Terms.

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms in the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
You may terminate your use of the App at any time by deleting the application from your device and canceling any active subscriptions.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time through the App or by visiting https://thecardsoftarot.com/delete-account.html. Please note that if you have an active subscription, it will continue until the end of the current billing period unless canceled separately through your App Store or Play Store account.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and RBN SPC LTD regarding the use of the App and supersede any prior agreements.
